What is the Simplicity Connect app?
Silicon Labs Simplicity Connect is a mobile application designed for testing and debugging Bluetooth® Low Energy (BLE) applications with the aim of supporting developers in creating and troubleshooting BLE applications on Silicon Labs' development boards. The application enables users to efficiently troubleshoot BLE embedded application code, conduct Over-the-Air (OTA) firmware updates, assess data throughput, ensure interoperability, and utilize many other functionalities across all Silicon Labs Bluetooth development kits, System-on-Chips (SoCs), and modules.

The app includes straightforward demonstrations to guide users through utilizing Simplicity Connect along with all Silicon Labs development tools.
The Scanner, Advertiser, and Logging features provided in the app expedite bug identification and resolution, facilitate testing of throughput and mobile interoperability, and enable detailed analysis with the assistance of Simplicity Studio's Network Analyzer tool. Additionally, Simplicity Connect offers a range of demos for swiftly testing sample applications within the Silicon Labs GSDK platform.
